Fitting Electronic Speed Controllers to machines with pre-existing faults can cause damage to the new Speed Controller rendering it unusable.  Examples of these faults are damaged or broken power cables, loose or worn motors and seized bearings.

If you have concerns regarding fault diagnosis or fitting spare parts, your machine can be returned to us for repair as below:

Non-Warranty Repair Process

End User advised to Email via our contact us page or Tel (028) 2588 1231 to arrange repair. Tool can then be sent to the Repairer carriage paid for inspection. A £10.00 + VAT Inspection charge will be required (refundable if Tool is repaired).Tools can also be collected for Inspection, Carriage Costs will be advised and payment will be required prior to collection. End User will be responsible for suitably packing the Tool for collection by a Carrier. On receipt of Tool the Repairer will advise cost of repair and require payment prior to repair and return.
