Warranty Repair

Proof of purchase: End User Invoice (2year warranty) or Warranty Certificate (3year warranty) and completed attached Power Tool Repair Form giving a description of the fault.

On receipt of the appropriate paperwork we will arrange collection during office hours with Express Freight for the next working day, if that is convenient.

Please ensure the unit(s) are securely packaged and protected and ready for collection. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused during transportation.

Terms and Conditions:

Mirka UK tool warranty covers defects in material and workmanship.

Warranty does not cover:

•             Any damage caused by misuse, neglect in usage or maintenance, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, acids, water, unsuitable storage, excessive impact, or transport damages.

•             Defects caused by spare parts, accessories, or components other than MIRKA original spare parts or accessories.

•             Pneumatic tools used with non-filtrated air or without lubrication.

•             Normal wear and tear items such as: backing pad, break seal, shroud, rotor, vanes, exhaust fitting, muffler, bearings, carbon brushes or power cable.

•             Tools that have been: modified, repaired or repair attempts (by other than MIRKA authorized service), partly or completely disassembled tools.

Non-Warranty Repair

This repair will incur a Collection & Delivery charge together with a Fault Diagnosis charge of £15.00 + VAT (refundable if tool is repaired) and completed Power Tool Repair Form giving a description of the fault.

NI: Collection £7.50 + VAT Delivery £12.00 + VAT     ROI: Collection £25.00 + VAT Delivery £13.50 + VAT

There is no charge for leaving and collecting machines at our premises.

On receipt of the appropriate Purchase Order/Payment we will arrange collection during office hours with Express Freight for the next working day, if that is convenient.

Please include all applicable cables and power supplies. We do not require hoses to be sent.

Important!!

Due to the unknown nature of the dust collected, and to ensure the Health & Safety of all concerned, please ensure that any Dust Extraction units are emptied, cleaned, securely protected and boxed prior to shipping. Failure to do so will result in a £35.00 + VAT cleaning and disposal charge.
